One of the most popular features in iOffice is the ability to configure reports to be automatically sent to key staff members so they are always up-to-date on important sales, logistical, and performance related information. These Auto Reports can be a vital tool for upper and middle management to monitor their locations’ progress, and this article will quickly go over how to set them up in the iOffice platform.
Configuring Auto Reports
Step 1: From anywhere in iOffice, click or tap on the “Setup” link in the upper array.
Step 2: Click or tap on the “Auto Reports” link, located on the left.
Step 3: Upon entering this submenu, the user will see a list of all existing auto reports for their iOffice account. Click or tap on the “New Auto Report” link at the bottom of the list.
Step 4: Using the given drop-down, select the individual report that will be automatically sent via this feature, and then click or tap on the “Next” button.
Step 5: Click or tap on the button labeled “Click to Select Stores”, and fill in the checkbox for each location whose data will be included in the report, and click or tap on the “Close” button.
Step 6: Click or tap on the “Next” button.
Step 7: Using the “Frequency” drop-down menu, select whether the report will be sent daily, weekly, or monthly, and then click or tap on the “Next” button.
Step 8: With the next drop-down, determine what day of the week the report will be sent, and click or tap on the “Next” button.
Step 9: Using the given text field, enter the email addresses that the report will be sent to, separating multiples with commas. When finished, click or tap on the “Next” button.
Step 10: If there are any additional settings or parameters to be entered, the user may do so here, if not, click or tap on the “Next” button.
Step 11: Confirm all information is correct, and make any appropriate changes if needed. If all looks good, click or tap on the “Finish” button to establish the Auto Report.
