DON HILLIARD – VP OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS
Don has over 20 years of customer support experience with 13 of those years being in the medical devices industry. Don has held various positions of increasing responsibility in Customer Support departments at General Electric Appliances, Smith & Nephew Orthopedics, and MicroPort Orthopedics, most recently as the Vice President of Customer Experience. He has built world class support departments through benchmarking and hiring talented employees.
Don has a BBA in Management from the University of Memphis, MS in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas, and an MS in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University. He also has an Integrated Supply Chain Certification from the University of Tennessee.
