With only three days of 2018 having passed, ProPoint Solutions is already implementing company-wide improvements to both enhance the customer experience, and solidify our place as an industry leader. One such improvement is the recent upgrade to the SuperSalon Knowledge Base that brings with it a cosmetic enhancement along with new features, topics, and user functionality. Shown below is the new front page of our learning resource, along with three new options for users to take advantage of, right there on the home screen.
Frequent users of the Knowledge Base will appreciate the addition of these three new homepage options, as they come directly from client requests. They can be broken down as follows:
- The ability to launch the SuperSalon POS directly from the Knowledge Base.
- A “getting started” checklist for new salon owners who are just adopting the SuperSalon POS, and who would like to configure it prior to training.
- Hardcopy cheat sheets are now easier to print, and users are given the option to print them out by topic or section.
As SuperSalon continues to advance as a software solution, so will our commitment in making sure that all of our users, established and new, are able to navigate the system and take advantage of all of its features. No other salon software company in the beauty industry has gone to the lengths we have to ensure the smooth on boarding of new users, and the continuing support for current ones.
2018 promises to be a very busy year with the expansion of SuperSalon into several new markets, and the constant improvement of it, and our other offerings. Updates to improve the user experience of our SalonCheckin feature, now with Reserve with Google™, are just around the corner for Quarter 1 as well. As many of our longtime clients know, the majority of our enhancements and improvements come directly from the input of our users and clients, and we hope to hear more suggestions from you as the year progresses.
