Users of the SuperSalon Knowledge Base will notice a new area in the content that has just recently been posted in the last couple of weeks. This new Reporting section will serve to explain, and hopefully take away some of the mystery, surrounding the many reports that are available for both SuperSalon and iOffice. The first topic has already been posted, and it serves as a descriptive rundown of all of the unique terminology used in our reporting metrics.
Over the course of the next 10 days, users can expect to see two other topics posted which will cover the following:
A Breakdown of the most Popular Reports
This section will go over each of the metrics and operations of the 15 most popular reports that have been asked about after on-site SuperSalon training sessions. Each report will be summarized, and will include a screenshot for visual reference. Each field and metric will also be described in detail, ensuring all who use these reports to have the most up-to-date information on how they work. Expansion of this topic is also possible if any of our users have feedback they wish to provide us.
The iOffice Custom Report Builder
This topic will go over the setup and operation of the current iteration of the iOffice Custom Report Builder. The information that will be displayed within this topic will be subject to change as each version of this resource is released by our development and quality assurance teams. The topic itself will go over each data block, how they are best arranged, and how to have the report generate without any undue confusion.
This feature of the Knowledge Base has been in the works for quite some time, and we are happy to finalize it this quarter. Stay tuned to this blog for more updates on other additions to the SuperSalon Knowledge Base, as well as our other offerings. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please let us know via phone or email, and we will be happy to assist you.
