At Rogers Software Development, our customers’ success is something we take seriously. Through the years, we’ve created a number of smart solutions that enhance our SuperSalon point of sale software to help customers increase visibility and brand loyalty. A relatively new but very popular solution we offer is the integration of SuperSalon with digital menu board solutions provided by BrightSign.
BrightSign was founded in 2002 by the inventor of the Digital Video Recorder (DVR), Anthony Wood. And, much like the DVR, the BrightSign unit performs most of its functions seamlessly and automatically. BrightSign media players utilize full high-definition video and audio capabilities and are shipped pre-installed with an easy to use slim OS. This enables the end user to plug and play almost any imaging device – from a PC monitor to a large screen TV.
When installed, BrightSign units can stream content from a number of different media sources and provide a real-time display of current wait times and other menu information – such as special offers. Clients who are waiting to be served can be engaged with streaming content and walk-in clients can see how long until they can be served.
Plus, using BrightSign to promote your brand, your retail products and special offers is simple and effective.
BrightSign’s production software, BrightAuthor, is easy to use and packed with features. However, Rogers Software Development can assist you in creating content through our integrated partners.
Using BrightSign’s ability to simultaneous play back from local and networked content sources, you can offers news feeds and local content to create the perfect mix of information for your clients.
