Since our early days, the RSD team has worked to ensure that users of our software get the support they need to avoid troubles. Our commitment has helped us development comprehensive support resources to address our customers’ specific needs.

Comprehensive Documentation and Training Videos

These resources are available to all SuperSalon and iOffice users at no charge and cover virtually every aspect of the use of our point of sale and back office functionality. Though our initial onsite training is detailed and thorough, new employees just learning the SuperSalon system can quickly get up to speed by using our technical documentation (located on both iOffice and SuperSalon.com) as well as the tutorial video tutorials found on our YouTube channel.

Trained Professional Phone Support

For a small monthly fee, SuperSalon users can also take advantage of our phone support program. This program allows your staff to call us directly should they need guidance or experience issues. Our support technicians are fully trained in all aspects of SuperSalon and iOffice and can quickly connect to the salon PC to provide assistance. Though our technicians cannot support hardware purchased from other vendors or issues with ISPs, they can typically point our customers in the right direction when such challenges arise.

Hardware Replacement Program

Another optional program is what we refer to as our “Hot Swap” program. This provides advanced replacement of your hardware with backed up data pre-installed. The Hot Swap program covers all hardware purchased from Rogers and makes a sound investment to protect your business.

Additional Onsite Training

Finally, we also provide our clients customized onsite training for their entire staff. If your business has recently added new team members or changed locations, Rogers help you tailor an onsite training session that will quickly bring new employees up to speed – at a cost that makes sense.
